Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager, the Guest Relation Officer is responsible for assisting the Guest in the lobby, focusing on guest service, she will help to handle the flow of operations in the lobby operation.
During her duty Guest Relation Officer is expected to act as a hotel representative to welcome and farewell all customers, to keep standard in terms of appearance, attitude, smile & guest relationships.
